• Headlight's user guides are now in your knowledge base.
  • .Flow users find step-by-step guides for drivers and fleet managers, in English, Dutch and French, next to their own articles.
  • Search and Lucy use them too.
• Knowledge base articles have a new editor.
  • .Flow users can now type / for headings, lists, tables and pictures; readers get a contents list, section links and pictures they can enlarge.

• Lucy reads your knowledge base article by article, together with Headlight's guides.
  • .Flow users' drivers get answers from whole articles; where your articles and Headlight's guides differ, yours take precedence. Guide: Getting answers: Lucy, the knowledge base and the FAQ
• New TCO calculator: see what a car will cost your company before anyone orders it.
  • Start from a leasing company's quote, which Headlight reads for you, or from the vehicle catalogue.
  • Compare up to eight cars and check them against your car policy.

• You can stop employees from changing their own details.
  • Switch it on under Settings › Data & security; employees still see their details but can't edit them. Guide: Employees and the employee record
• Colleagues can pick up a shared task.
  • .Flow users who handle tasks through mandates see a padlock in My tasks that shows who is on a task; nobody is blocked.

Improvements

• A workflow run now stops with an error when a branch has no matching option or a notification has no valid e-mail address.

• Your notes on a pre-configured car can now be used in ordering workflows.
  • .Flow users can use them in the workflow that starts when a driver accepts a quote, an estimate or a selection.
• Broadcasts go out faster and to more people.
• Lucy answers questions about an order in one go, with a link to your task.
  • .Flow users also find the questions Lucy answers most often under Top questions in the knowledge base.
• Received ticket messages can now be translated into English.
  • AI+ users get a translate button on received messages, e-mails and the ticket itself in Tickets.
• A legal entity that is still in use can no longer be deleted; Headlight shows what uses it and offers to merge it instead. Guide: Legal entities
  • Merging now also moves energy card transactions, bikes, incidents and accounting rules, and Luxembourg and French legal forms are available.
• When you save an accounting rule that overlaps another, Headlight shows the overlapping rules with example lines first. Guide: Accounting rules
• The address of a charging asset can be in any country, chosen from a searchable list.
• The data quality card on your home page and the Resources page is simpler, and the "Contract ended, vehicle still driving" check now waits 60 days after a contract ends.
