Headlight Playbooks now allow your organization to capture and evolve internal procedures—automatically.For every support ticket or conversation with a driver, Headlight identifies the underlying rules or processes discussed and saves them as structured entries in a playbook. Over time, this builds a living, searchable knowledge system based on real-world interactions.
These playbooks are then actively used by Headlight to generate smarter, faster responses to new support requests—meaning your system gets better with each conversation, without manual input. It's a self-improving assistant that learns your business.
Headlight Playbooks are available to Headlight.AI+ clients in Beta. Please request access with your account manager if you would like to make use of this feature. -
