Major Updates

  • Headlight Playbooks (Beta, .AI+ only)
    A major leap in automation and knowledge management. Headlight Playbooks now allow your organization to capture and evolve internal procedures—automatically.

    For every support ticket or conversation with a driver, Headlight identifies the underlying rules or processes discussed and saves them as structured entries in a playbook. Over time, this builds a living, searchable knowledge system based on real-world interactions.

    These playbooks are then actively used by Headlight to generate smarter, faster responses to new support requests—meaning your system gets better with each conversation, without manual input. It's a self-improving assistant that learns your business.

    Headlight Playbooks are available to Headlight.AI+ clients in Beta. Please request access with your account manager if you would like to make use of this feature. 
  • Redesigned Fleet Analytics
    The fleet overview and composition dashboards have been refreshed for improved clarity and usability.

    • More dynamic filtering options

    • Cleaner interface for quicker data insights

  • Enhanced Support Center Interface (Headlight.Flow)
    Admin users will now see a more detailed sidebar during support conversations, featuring:

    • Driver-specific meta-information

    • For .AI+ users: intelligent suggestions from your knowledge base and playbooks, tailored to the current inquiry

Minor Enhancements

  • Expanded list of vehicle makes and more complete image coverage

  • More filtering options for invoices and improvements in UX

  • Budget activation notifications to drivers are now off by default

  • Faster and more efficient ongoing workflow search
