Headlight Release 1.20

Major Changes:

  1. New Workflow Operation View: Matches the streamlined design of the fleet overviews, improving usability.

  2. Workflow Operation View Override: Fleet Managers can now override form, evaluate, and hook submissions directly in the workflow operation view, simplifying corrections and process adjustments.

  3. Beta Features:

      • Microsoft Inbox Integration:
        • Clients in Beta can now send and receive emails directly by integrating their Microsoft mailbox with Headlight.
      • Mailbox Hook Components: 
        • Clients in Beta can now make use of inbox Hooks. These are workflow components that wait for a specific email and continue a process when the email is received. 

Minor Changes:

  1. Employee Type Management:

    • Add, modify, or remove employee types manually.

  2. Document Visibility:

    • Choose between "employee" or "company_admin" visibility.

  3. Freeform Fields for Cars:

    • Location: Track pool car locations.
    • Tire Location: Monitor where tires are stored.

  4. More Notes!:

    • Add notes to documents and  when recording changes in vehicle status.
    • Add notes to incidents

  5. Workflow Improvements:

    • Automatic generation of workflow titles and descriptions based on its content using generative AI. 
    • Ability to duplicate workflows.
