Lucy for Fleetmanagers now available for select Beta AI+ users
A new version of Lucy designed for fleetmanagers is now available. It can:

• create reports
• search employees, cars, and history
• draft emails
• build advanced visualizations

AI-first Mailbox support now available for select Beta AI+ users
You can now access a full mailbox mirror within Headlight. Lucy can also suggest actions for incoming emails, including:

• updating employee or car data
• linking documents
• creating reports
• drafting email responses

Other improvements

• AI document cleanup has been improved
• A new advanced timeline editor makes it easier to correct driver history and driver-vehicle associations across complex timelines
• Automatic price filter sets now recalculate when bulk quote set links with budgets are updated
• Workflow components that generate tasks now let you choose whether to send an in-app notification
• Task notifications are now automatically marked as read when the related task is completed
