Headlight Release 1.30

Major Updates:

  1. Change Reports for Fleet Managers (Headlight.Ops)

    • Fleet managers can now generate reports that track changes in fleet and employee records. This includes:
      • Monitoring changes in the legal entity associations of vehicles.
      • Reporting on employee promotions or demotions over a specific time frame.
    • This feature enhances the ability to track and manage updates across fleet operations and HR-related changes.
  2. Broadcast to Drivers (Headlight.Flow)

    • A new broadcasting module enables fleet managers to send mass communications to drivers. Use cases include:
      • Announcements regarding tire changes.
      • Updates to car policies or other important internal messages.
    • Features:
      • Customizable Email Templates: Personalize emails with variables like vehicle details, preview messages, and tailor communications for specific drivers.
      • Multi-Lingual Support: Create templates in multiple languages to ensure accessibility for all drivers.
      • Targeted Messaging: Filter drivers by criteria such as leasing company, electric vehicle drivers, or short-term rentals to send messages to specific groups.
    • This module is available under "Messages" for Headlight.Flow subscribers.
  3. Batch Workflow Triggers (Headlight.Flow)

    • Automate workflows for multiple records at once. For example:
      • Upload an Excel file to trigger workflows for multiple employees, such as ordering vehicles in bulk.
      • Use 'Engage Batch Trigger' within another workflow to start processes like:
        • Filtering energy transaction reports for foreign sessions and triggering workflows to reclaim costs.
        • Automatically processing fines in leasing invoices and requesting reimbursements.
    • This feature simplifies managing large-scale, repetitive tasks and boosts operational efficiency.

Minor Updates:

  1. AI-Powered Chat Rephrasing for Fleet Managers

    • The chatbox now includes AI-powered rephrasing, allowing fleet managers to proofread and improve their messages with one click, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  2. Enhanced Employee Overview (Large Screens)

    • When using Headlight on large screens, the employee overview now includes details on charging infrastructure and energy cards, giving fleet managers a comprehensive view of both vehicle and asset assignments at a glance.
  3. Custom Rejection Messages for Vehicle Orders

    • Fleet managers can now add a custom message when rejecting a vehicle order. This personalized message is then communicated to the driver, providing clear reasons for the rejection.
  4. New Workflow Operations

    • Three new workflow operations have been added to fetch detailed information for workflow integration, making it easier to automate decisions using Large Language Models:
      • "Get Charging Asset List": Retrieve a list of charging assets assigned to an employee.
      • "Get Incident List": Get details of incidents involving an employee, such as fault-based accidents.
      • "Get Energy Card List": List all energy cards linked to an employee.
    • These operations allow for smoother automation in workflows, especially when managing multiple employee assets.
  5. AI Assistance for PDF Template Creation

    • You can now request AI help when creating custom PDF document templates, making it easier to format and structure documents.
  6. Improved Notification Management

    • Notifications are now easier to view and scroll through, helping fleet managers stay organized and manage alerts more efficiently.
