Major updates

Improved workflow text editors

• Text editors in workflows have been upgraded.
• You can now choose whether parameter syntax is highlighted.
• Conditional text can now be written more easily, without technical syntax.
• Using parameters, links, and other text-editing options is now smoother.
• AI+ users will notice improved AI support for editing text.

Redesigned task overview

• The task overview has been redesigned for a more flexible and structured experience.

Other improvements

Filtering and data handling in Headlight operations

• Charging assets can now be filtered by type.
• Energy cards can now be filtered by supplier.
• Consolidated invoices can now be filtered by supplier.

Bulk Quote import improvements

• Bulk quote imports can now be split automatically by parameters.
• Bulk quote imports are also improved with JATO data, helping correct incoming data and fill in missing technical details.

Vehicle and account management

• Account management has been improved.
• Vehicles imported as driving shortly after contract start are now automatically aligned with the contract start date.
• “My Vehicles” now reflects the actual allocation dates, so future allocation changes only appear when they take effect.
• Pool cars can now be booked without linking them to an employee.

DocuSign improvements

• A new operation, DocuSign Configurable Signature, lets someone configure an envelope before signatures are requested.
• You can now request signatures on multiple documents n one envelope.

Additional usability updates

• Incidents are now also available directly on the employee details page in a new tab.
• Custom discounts are now more visible on car ordering screens for drivers and fleet managers.
