AI double-checks mobility budget expenses (AI+ users)

AI now reviews each submitted mobility budget expense for:

• Possible fraud

• Mistakes

• Mismatches with what is allowed in the mobility budget

You can also choose to automatically approve expenses that are not flagged by the AI.

Preview and edit Excel files directly in the document viewer

• Excel files can now be opened and edited without downloading.

• The document viewer has been redesigned.

• You can now review a document’s version history for improved traceability.

Minor Updates

• You can now choose whether dealer quotes may be uploaded at the car-budget level instead of company-wide.

• Dated changes can now be applied to custom employee attributes.

• Budget allocations can now be closed via a workflow operation, useful during offboarding. (Budget subscribers)

• “Supply country” is now included in extended invoices to support more cross-border VAT scenarios.

• The workflow trigger overview has been redesigned.
