SDWorx Integration Upgrade

The SDWorx integration has been significantly upgraded, improving reliability and overall data exchange between systems.

Improvements & New Features

Bulk Invoice Line Disputes

• You can now select and dispute multiple invoice lines at once.
• Workflows can receive all disputed lines in a single action.
• Invoices with disputes are clearly marked in the invoice overview.

Side-by-Side PDF Invoice Review

• When reviewing automatically read PDF invoices on large screens, you can now view the original PDF next to the extracted results for easier verification.

Expanded “Create Consolidated Invoice” Options

• The consolidation interface now allows you to more precisely define which invoices should be consolidated.

Bulk Allocation of Invoice Lines

• Invoice lines can now be allocated to employees or vehicles in bulk during modifications.

Configurable Vehicle Price Visibility

• You can now decide whether drivers can see vehicle prices when selecting a car from parked vehicles.

Stronger Order Process Validation

• Drivers are prevented from progressing in the ordering process if earlier steps are inconsistent.
• Additional validation checks are performed when submitting a configured vehicle.

Improved Employee Status Visibility

• Employees with a future dehire date remain visible in the overview until that date.
• Their status now shows “Dehire date planned” instead of “dehired.”

Add Notes to Charging Assets

• You can now add notes to charging assets for better documentation and tracking.

Improved Damage Report Digitization

• Performance improvements make digitizing damage reports faster and more efficient.
