Vehicle Configuration Updates

• Redesigned Vehicle View: Easily see compulsory, excluded, and standard options for a configured vehicle.

• Filter & Budget Visibility: Instantly view which filter sets and budget categories include a specific configuration.

• Attach Quotes: You can now link dealer and lease quotes directly to a vehicle configuration.

• Auto-Reject New Options: Automatically exclude new manufacturer options as they are released.

• Smarter Option Exclusions: Headlight now automatically matches renamed options to previously excluded ones.

• Starting Cost Preview: Simulate the starting price of a vehicle for individual drivers to support delta-budgets.

• Quick Option Exclusion: Exclude all non-selected options in one click for faster pre-configuration.

Workflow Improvements

New Workflow Actions:

• Update budget allocations and personal contributions by date, with history preserved.

• Rename parameters to align data from different sources.

• Select the current bike used by a colleague.

• Retrieve personal contribution details by employee and car.

New Workflow Triggers:

• Respond automatically to contract changes (mileage, duration), lease price updates, and vehicle exit status.

Pool Car Table Enhancement

• Availability Preview: The Pool Car Table now shows the end date of the latest booking, helping you see when a vehicle will next be available without opening individual records.
