Headlight Release 1.44

New Features and Enhancements:

• Improved RFQ Workflow for Leasers

  A new workflow operation makes it easier to manage statuses, correct input errors, and re-execute RFQs when needed.

• Memory Items Across Workflows

  You can now store responses or values in one workflow and reuse them in another—for example, capturing a user response in an ordering workflow and using it later in a delivery workflow.

• Append Data to Excel Files via Workflow

  Workflows can now add data to existing Excel files. This enables use cases like tracking charging session data across the year and compiling it into a single report per individual/department or other custom group of your choice.

• More Transparent Broadcasting

  Message broadcasting now provides clear feedback on how many messages were prepared, sent, or encountered issues. Capacity has increased to support up to 4,500 messages at once.

• Enhanced Employee Search

  Improved name matching, including support for names with mismatched diacritics, making employee identification more accurate—especially when syncing with external suppliers that do not support employee identifiers.

• Bike Management Updates

  • Bike statuses can now be managed directly within Headlight

  • Additional improvements to overall bike management workflows

   

• Compare Leaser Bids Side-by-Side

  A new comparison view lets fleet managers easily review and contrast multiple leaser bids in a single screen.

• Driver Budget Update History

  The “Active Budgets” tab now shows when a driver’s budget was last updated.
