Headlight Release 1.12

This release contains enhancements for lease management, workflow management and ordering flows.

We're excited to announce that Headlight version 1.12 is now live, bringing a suite of updates to enhance your experience since January 27th. Here's what's new:

• Enhanced Lease Management: You can now reject lease cycles at any stage, with automated closure of related workflows. This improvement streamlines the lease handling process, making it more flexible and efficient.

• New Workflow Components for Better Tracking and Management:

  • Select Current Driving Car: Easily identify and select the car currently driven by an employee.
  • DatedChange: Update car attributes for specific dates, allowing for precise tracking of changes like delivery and usage.
  • DealerRejectsQuote: Automate the closure of cycles based on dealer feedback, simplifying the quotation process.
  • Employee Trigger: Automatically trigger actions when a new employee is created, enhancing the onboarding experience.
  • Additional tools and integrations with new suppliers enhance our platform's capabilities and service range.

• Improved Ordering Flow with Preferred Start Dates:

  • The system now assumes the end date of the current contract as the preferred start date, simplifying the renewal process.
  • Preferred start dates are now included in the overview document for leasers, and the end date of the current contract is visible to FMs, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
