Headlight Release 1.17

Release 1.17 of introduces several user-facing enhancements and new functionalities:

Major Changes:

  • Microsoft Mailbox Integration (Beta): Beta-users can now link their Microsoft mailboxes with Headlight in a read-only mode. This allows for emails from drivers to be displayed in the chat, including attachments, and enables fleet managers to reply directly through the chat interface. Additionally, the AI-powered assistant, Lucy, can offer response suggestions for these chats if configured.
  • Custom Email Triggers (Beta): Building on the mailbox integration, it is now possible to set up custom email-based triggers for workflows using natural language. Beta-users can specify conditions and parameters for triggering these workflows, which are then automatically executed by AI when criteria are met. This feature simplifies integrating emails into Headlight's workflows, making the system more responsive and tailored to specific user needs.
  • Enhanced Fleet Overviews: The fleet overview section has received a significant user experience upgrade. New tabs categorize contracts (orders) into active, ending, and new, alongside pool and rental tabs. Additional information on ongoing contracts and newly ordered vehicles provides a clearer overview of fleet status, helping fleet managers quickly identify coverage gaps and contract timelines.

Minor Changes:

  • Merge Quote Sets: The process for merging quote sets has been optimized to retain only the lowest-priced quote per vehicle, streamlining the selection process for fleet managers. Merging can be automated using workflows, enhancing efficiency.
  • Integrations: New integrations have been added with various suppliers, expanding the ecosystem of services and tools available to users.
