  • Headlight now features an in-house support center where users can log and track issues related to their organization.
  • Fleet managers can be involved in driver-related tickets, and tickets can be automatically assigned to the most relevant party using AI-based classification.

Headlight Chat Features

  • You can now generate translations of your messages to aid communication in multi-lingual organizations.
  • Chat history can be searched by employee names.
  • Improved performance for supported chats.
  • Use your last 4 chats to generate FAQ entries, helping to build your knowledge base from daily interactions.

Workflow Components

  • New workflow component allows adding notes to employees, cars, documents, and incidents.
  • Update employee types within workflows.

Other minor updates

  • Charging assets are now visible in the employee view.
