Headlight Release 1.24

Major Updates:

1. Custom Employee Fields:

   • Define up to 5 custom fields for employees.
   • Use these fields in analytics, fleet, and employee overviews, or for record-keeping.
   • Accessible under Settings > Data, and can be updated from the employee details page or via imports.

2. Payroll Reports for Arbitrary Date Ranges:

   • Generate payroll reports between any two dates.
   • Reports can be generated manually or via the Generate Payroll Report operation in a workflow.

3. Temporary Discounts:

   • The Headlight configurator now includes data on temporary discounts, promotions, and actions.
   • Align estimates with final prices by selecting applicable discounts.

Minor Updates:

1. Attachments in Notifications:

   • View attachments directly in the Headlight browser application, not just via email.

2. Vehicle View Updates:

   • Updated configured vehicle view in Fleet Manager and driver overview of ongoing order cycles.

3. Filter Set Options:

   • When creating filter sets based on pricing in the car configurator, you can now choose to include or exclude vehicles without pricing data.

4. Bulk Import of Charging Infrastructure:

   • Import charging infrastructure data in bulk for easier management.

Downtime for this release was 30 minutes. This was longer than usual due to a complete repopulation of the vehicle data database.
