Major updates

DocuSign integration

You can now connect your own DocuSign account to Headlight.

Workflows can use the DocuSign operation to create and send a DocuSign envelope.
Once all documents are signed, Headlight is automatically informed and continues the workflow without manual intervention.

Pre-determined pricing

Headlight now supports car catalog systems with pre-determined vehicle prices.

• You can define a fixed price per vehicle

• Users may still select options such as colors or basic configurations

• The pre-determined price is always used for budget calculations

This is particularly relevant for best-deal setups where models have custom pricing but limited configuration flexibility under the same commercial conditions.

Minor updates

• The TCO report now includes a Contract Parameters tab for TCO results that are not adjusted for actual or budget mileage

• The document overview has been redesigned on employee and vehicle screens for improved clarity
