## New in this release

**Custom pages and forms, built by Lucy on your own data.**

- Describe a page and Lucy builds it on a spreadsheet from your documents, or on the sheets a workflow fills. Your team can change, add and remove rows on the page, and the changes are saved back into the sheet. Pages are under [Resources › Pages](https://app.headlight.tech/app/resources).
- Lucy can also build a custom version of a workflow form, with the same questions and answers. People who answer by e-mail keep the standard form.
- AI+ users can now build pages and forms with Lucy. Fleet managers open published pages without AI+. Guide: [Custom pages and custom forms](https://app.headlight.tech/app/comms/knowledge-base/hl/45c149ef-e32e-56bc-b55f-22aab658f9ad/6e5b90ae-a836-5e3c-bf21-598029086731).

- **Turn a policy PDF into knowledge base articles.** 
    - In your [Knowledge base](https://app.headlight.tech/app/comms/knowledge-base), choose **Import from PDF**. Lucy writes the articles and checks them against the PDF; nothing is published until you have reviewed and edited them.
    - AI+ users can now import PDFs into their knowledge base. Guide: [Importing a policy PDF](https://app.headlight.tech/app/comms/knowledge-base/hl/c091e719-0127-5bfe-9a66-c104000f6f6a/82e2a83a-df40-5b31-ae49-21d8164a5209).
- **Your own branding.** 
    - Headlight can now show your logo and colours in the web app, and send its mails with your logo, signature and sender name. Lucy can carry another name too.
    - Ask your usual Headlight  commercial contact to set it up.
- **Dark mode.** 
    - Choose Light, Dark or System under **Appearance** in the profile menu.
- **Personal contributions as periods over time.** 
    - An employee's **Personal contribution** tab, under [People](https://app.headlight.tech/app/company/people), shows each vehicle's contribution as current, upcoming and past periods. Its history is edited on a timeline, where periods follow each other without gaps.

### Workflows

- **Workflow dates in your own format.** 
    - .Flow users can now choose under [Settings › Workflows](https://app.headlight.tech/app/settings/catalog/workflows) how dates appear in workflow e-mails, forms, approvals, task titles, notes, PDFs and calendar invites, for example 31/12/2026. Guide: [Workflow messages](https://app.headlight.tech/app/comms/knowledge-base/hl/45c149ef-e32e-56bc-b55f-22aab658f9ad/c5836f25-1f66-5d16-8ae9-49b5f814a0c3).
- **Forms get a Table question.** 
    - .Flow users can now let the person answering edit the rows of a sheet from the workflow, and save the answer back into that sheet. Guide: [Workflow forms](https://app.headlight.tech/app/comms/knowledge-base/hl/45c149ef-e32e-56bc-b55f-22aab658f9ad/cdb5b3cc-ac31-5f18-8ec6-334e028ab544).
- **A menu on each task.** 
    - .Flow users can copy a task's link, open the task or its workflow in a new tab, or go to the workflow from [My tasks](https://app.headlight.tech/app/workflow/operation/tasks). - **A new workflow step reads an employee's personal budget limit.** 
    - .Flow users can now use **Get Personal Budget Limit** in their workflows. Guide: [Workflow operations](https://app.headlight.tech/app/comms/knowledge-base/hl/45c149ef-e32e-56bc-b55f-22aab658f9ad/e61b98b6-6506-5272-8454-60309c571153).
- **A new report shows where your leasing company's fleet file disagrees with Headlight** about a car's driver, legal entity or status, and since when. 
    - .Flow users can now add **Leasing Company Mismatches** to a **Generate Report** workflow step. Guide: [Workflow operations](https://app.headlight.tech/app/comms/knowledge-base/hl/45c149ef-e32e-56bc-b55f-22aab658f9ad/e61b98b6-6506-5272-8454-60309c571153).

### Invoicing and imports

- **E-Flux charging sessions can be uploaded as the CSV export of the E-Flux dashboard**, on the [Import](https://app.headlight.tech/app/company/import) page, when you have no E-Flux API access.
- **Bulk offers from Van Mossel (Netherlands) can now be imported**, and Arval Belgium's bulk offers in French are read too. Guide: [Bulk quotes](https://app.headlight.tech/app/comms/knowledge-base/hl/b794d88f-6b3b-5bc5-bdd1-60514a4667d4/7b7efe98-88eb-5a10-9dde-6822cc14eba1).

- **Dates across the app show the month as a word**, such as 31 Dec 2026, the same in every language.
- **Headlight's guides can be read in English, their original language.**
