Release 2.04 is now live in production with a refreshed table experience, new charging analytics capabilities, and several workflow automation improvements.
Major updates
Redesigned tables across Headlight
Tables now provide a more modern and customizable experience:
- Improved filter and column selector UX
- New quick filters for faster access to common filtering options
- Sortable and customizable columns so users can organize tables their way
New Charging Dashboard
A new charging analytics dashboard is now available to help companies better understand charging behavior and costs.
The dashboard:
- Uses invoice data as its source
- Includes additional charging-related costs such as:
- Idling fees
- Session fees
- Card fees
- Provides a more complete overview of total charging expenses
Workflow & Operations improvements
Digitize Car Damage Report
A new Headlight operation can now digitize car damage reports automatically.
- AI reads and digitizes the report
- A follow-up approval task is assigned once processing is complete
- Enables smoother workflow automation and reduces manual waiting time
Select Current Charging Asset
Automatically selects a driver’s charging asset when only one is available.
Select Current Energy Card
Automatically selects a driver’s energy card when only one is available.
Select Latest Document
You can now automatically retrieve the latest document of a specific type related to a driver or car.
Example use cases:
- Latest insurance card
- Most recent uploaded document
Send Calendar Invite
Headlight operations can now send calendar invites.
This includes:
- A new “date & time” input type
- Support for booking specific timeslots
- Compatibility with the “wait” component
- Easy use of date and time values in templates
Additional improvements
- Redesigned “Need Help” section on the homepage
- Redesigned “Ready to order a car” section for eligible drivers
- Minor UX improvements to Invoices and My Quotes pages
- Bikes can now be configured and selected in generic forms
- More bike parameters are available in workflows
- Chat interactions now support configurable Enter key behavior:
- “Enter” to send
- or “Enter” for a new line
