You can now give another account a mandate to participate in your conversations. This is especially useful for larger teams that want individual accounts to help support a shared fleet management account.

- A new operation is available to generate an employee report.
- A new operation is available to create the active budgets report, helping automate wave-based ordering flows.
- New operations are available to check whether a driver has an energy card or a charging asset.
- The consolidated invoice operation now accepts two dates, so you can generate an invoice for a selected period.
- A new operation is available to derive the budget limit from a budget configuration.
- Larger consolidated invoices can now be created for cases where more data is needed at once.
More workflow flexibility
- New parameters are now available for incident close triggers.
- Bike contract dates can now be used as date-based triggers, for example when a bike contract is nearing its end.
- Custom discounts are now available as a parameter in the Accept estimate trigger.
- In workflow configurations, you can now upload documents directly instead of only referring to existing documents.
- Test mode is now available for periodic and subworkflow triggers.
- Mapper components can now map to parameter references, enabling more advanced workflow setups.
Usability improvements
- Default styling has been added to many default reports for a better user experience.
- When choosing a pool car, users can now access the latest damage report, if one is available.
- Dated changes for an employee’s legal entity are now possible in the employee details screen.
- Most analytics screens can now be filtered for cars without a driver, making it easier to track empty vehicles and optimize fleet costs.
