Major update

Mandates for conversation participation
You can now give another account a mandate to participate in your conversations. This is especially useful for larger teams that want individual accounts to help support a shared fleet management account.

Other updates

New operations and workflow improvements

  • A new operation is available to generate an employee report.
  • A new operation is available to create the active budgets report, helping automate wave-based ordering flows.
  • New operations are available to check whether a driver has an energy card or a charging asset.
  • The consolidated invoice operation now accepts two dates, so you can generate an invoice for a selected period.
  • A new operation is available to derive the budget limit from a budget configuration.
  • Larger consolidated invoices can now be created for cases where more data is needed at once.

More workflow flexibility

  • New parameters are now available for incident close triggers.
  • Bike contract dates can now be used as date-based triggers, for example when a bike contract is nearing its end.
  • Custom discounts are now available as a parameter in the Accept estimate trigger.
  • In workflow configurations, you can now upload documents directly instead of only referring to existing documents.
  • Test mode is now available for periodic and subworkflow triggers.
  • Mapper components can now map to parameter references, enabling more advanced workflow setups.

Usability improvements

  • Default styling has been added to many default reports for a better user experience.
  • When choosing a pool car, users can now access the latest damage report, if one is available.
  • Dated changes for an employee’s legal entity are now possible in the employee details screen.
  • Most analytics screens can now be filtered for cars without a driver, making it easier to track empty vehicles and optimize fleet costs.

There was no downtime for this release.
