Flexible car budget mileages
You can now allow drivers to choose their own mileage within a budget. Actual mileage costs are used instead of a fixed company-wide mileage, making budgets more accurate—especially useful for teams in Luxembourg.

Headlight usage analytics
A new dashboard is available under Analytics > Monitoring > Headlight Usage, where you can track KPIs such as workflow activity and how often employees use the digital assistant Lucy.

Improvements & new features

• Re-import invoices to refresh metadata after configuration changes.

• New workflow options, including:

  • Reject lease quote cycle operation

  • Extend Sheet operation (append multiple records at once)

  • Invite non-SSO users directly from workflows

  • Trigger when a car damage report is created

• Improved pool car selection for easier driver choice configuration.

• Future drivers now visible in the parked cars overview to help identify available vehicles.

• “Driving since” indicator added to vehicle details for quick reference.

• Bulk upload insurance cards using a ZIP file (license plate as filename prefix).

• Redesigned pricing competitiveness screens, aligned with other analytics views.

• Improved AI support for reading and approving lease quotes, with faster performance.

• Edit invoice lines directly in Headlight for last-minute driver or cost center adjustments.

• Faster Workflow Configurator, especially for large or complex workflows.

• Public API documentation is now available and will continue to improve.
