Headlight Release 1.15

 
Release 1.15 of Headlight introduces significant user-facing enhancements and new features aimed at improving asset management, such as charging infrastructure, employee overviews, pool cars and vehicle management. Here's what's new since March 2rd:
 
 

New Features & Enhancements:

  • Charging Infrastructure Management: Users can now manage charging assets within Headlight. This includes:

    • Registering and defining types of charging infrastructure.
    • Creating or referring to charging infrastructure in workflows.
    • Reviewing charging infrastructure linked to individuals and viewing historical ownership and changes.
  • Workflow Enhancements:

    • Added a new trigger for when a delivery date changes, enabling fleet managers to respond automatically, such as by requesting a contract extension.
    • Reworked the "Energy Cards" details view to include related transactions, a history of the card, and improved data integration.
  • Lease Management Improvements:

    • Lease quote matrix is now editable by users.
    • Introduced "Pool Car" views update for better vehicle availability visibility, including car categories, contract end dates, availability, and future bookings.
    • New "Ordered Car" view focusing on expected delivery dates.
  • Vehicle Management:

    • Introduced compulsory fields for interior and exterior colors in dealer quotes, affecting ordering workflows and vehicle images in Headlight.
    • Improved fleet overview with filters by contract type (LTR, STR, Owned) and added a Benefit-In-Kind (BIK) explainer to the budget cycle results screen.
  • Enhanced Employee Overview:

    • A new toggle to show "dehired" employees for comprehensive driver management.
    • New workflow triggers for driver address changes, employee type changes, and dehired dates, ensuring up-to-date employee records.

Minor Updates & Fixes:

  • Streamlined vehicle ordering process by storing full details of selected options to avoid temporal differences in vehicle availability.
